A first package for Fruit Salad Yogurt.
In about 1990, “Fruit Salad” was developed as a result of the deep impression of yogurt which Hisakazu Tajima (president at that time) tasted at a hotel in Hawaii. He tasted a luxury handmade-feeling yogurt with a fruit cocktail that cut fresh fruits. With the desire “to want to deliver this deliciousness to many people", he began developing product that large fruits flesh (pulp) play the leading role.
